2024-25 Dancing

2024-2025 Dancing begins Sep 13!!

When: 2nd and 4th Fridays. 7:30-10:00 pm (instruction at 7:00)

Where:  Milwaukee Society of Friends Meeting House, 3224 N. Gordon Place, Milwaukee.
Parking in onsite lot. Vast additional parking in adjacent Gaenslen Elementary School parking lot just south of the venue; enter off of E. Auer Ave.

I-43 Road construction update (9/1/24): Due to ramp closures at Locust Ave, we prefer the WI 190 East/Capitol Dr exit from either direction, then east to Humboldt, south to Auer. Map here.

Our callers teach and call with non-gendered language.  We strive to be welcoming.

Health Protocols (updated 9/5/24): 

1) Please do not attend if you have symptoms of a respiratory illness e.g. fever, chills, fatigues, cough, runny nose, headache and others, or are likely to still be contagious from a respiratory virus.

2) Masks are optional and supported if you choose to wear one. 

3) Sign in each time acknowledging you are dancing at your own risk and in case we need to contact participants.

4) If you become ill with a respiratory virus within a week of attending a dance, please email us at contradancemke@gmail.com so we may send an anonymized message to the attendees. 

5) These are subject to change if conditions warrant.
